Vibrant holiday charcuterie board packed with savory meats, artisan cheese, seasonal fruit, and crunchy extras—perfect for entertaining and celebrations!

Ingrédients
  

  • – 7 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • – 7 oz spicy salami sliced
  • – 10 oz aged cheddar cheese
  • – 11 oz manchego cheese
  • – 1 wheel brie or double cream cheese
  • – 1 wedge blue cheese or cranberry goat cheese
  • – 2 cups seedless grapes red and green
  • – 1 cup cherries or berries
  • – 2 persimmons or apples sliced
  • – 1 pomegranate seeded
  • – 1 cup marcona almonds and walnuts
  • – 1 cup Castelveltrano or Kalamata olives
  • – Assorted crackers and breadsticks
  • – Fresh rosemary edible flowers for garnish

Equipment

  • Large wooden board or platter, small bowls, knives, spoons, decorative picks, napkins.

Method
 

  1. Arrange large items (cheese, bowls) spaced across the board.
  2. Fold meats into ribbons or ruffles; layer between cheeses.
  3. Fill gaps with fruit, nuts, and olives. Add crackers and breadsticks around edges.
  4. Garnish with rosemary, pomegranate seeds, or festive cutouts.
  5. Serve immediately, replenish as needed for crowd.
