Ingredients

Scale

1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)

½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

½ cup oat flour (or almond flour for keto)

  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

  4. Gradually stir in milk until the batter is thick and smooth.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and level the top.

  7. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

Use chocolate or vanilla flavored protein powder for best taste.
