1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)

2 cups cauliflower rice

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp sriracha

2 green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.

While the beef is cooking, warm the cauliflower rice in a separate pan or microwave.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and sriracha to create a spicy sauce.

Assemble the bowl: start with cauliflower rice, then add ground beef, sliced avocado, chopped green onions, and drizzle with spicy yogurt sauce.
