This high protein ground beef bowl is a quick and nutritious meal packed with 35g of protein per serving. Made with lean ground beef, quinoa, and spinach, it’s perfect for meal prep, muscle gain, or a healthy family dinner. Ready in just 25 minutes
1 lb lean ground beef (90/10 or 96/4)
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cups baby spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chopped onion for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
Add ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned, breaking up the meat with a spatula.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted (2–3 minutes).
Add in cooked quinoa, mix well, and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley or hot sauce (optional).
Substitute brown rice for quinoa if preferred
Use 96/4 ground beef for a leaner version
