Description
Light, fluffy, and sugar-dusted, these easy powdered donuts are made with just 5 ingredients and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups self-rising flour
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a 12-cavity donut pan.
Mix batter by combining flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and milk in a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
Pipe batter into the donut pan using a ziplock or piping bag (cut one corner).
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tops spring back when touched.
Cool completely on a wire rack before coating.
Coat in powdered sugar by tossing or rolling donuts. For best stick, brush with melted coconut oil or spritz with spray before sugar.

Storage Instructions:
Store at room temp for 3 days in airtight container.
Refrigerate up to 7 days.
Freeze up to 6 months; re-dust with powdered sugar after thawing.
