This no-bake protein cookie dough is creamy, macro-friendly, and made with simple ingredients like oat flour, nut butter, and whey protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Stir in peanut butter and syrup.
- Add almond milk gradually.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve or refrigerate.
