Method
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.
- Toss chicken, cornstarch, salt, pepper and soy sauce in mixing bowl until evenly coated.
- Oil air fryer basket and place chicken pieces in a single layer. Spray tops with oil.
- Air fry for 7–8 min, flip halfway, until crisp and cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
- While chicken cooks, melt butter in saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add honey, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked chicken in sauce until glazed. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Substitute chicken thighs for extra juicy results. Gluten-free with gluten-free soy sauce.
