- Brown turkey: In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: Add browned turkey and remaining ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5 hours (or high for 3 hours) until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
