Party Pickle Dip Bites – Trendy Appetizer

Bite-sized phyllo cups filled with creamy, tangy pickle dip—easy, trendy, and perfect for parties, brunches, or snack boards!

Ingrédients
  

  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • - 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • - 2 Tbsp pickle juice
  • - 1 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • - 2 Tbsp chopped scallions or crispy bacon optional
  • - 24 phyllo cups store-bought or homemade
  • - Pickle chips dill sprigs for garnish

Equipment

  • Small bowl, spatula, mini muffin tray, phyllo cups or crackers, measuring spoons.

Method
 

  1. . In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, dill, garlic, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped pickles and scallions or bacon if using.
  3. Spoon about 1 Tbsp dip into each phyllo cup; top with a pickle chip and dill for garnish.
  4. Chill until ready to serve; best served same day for crisp cups.

Notes

se Greek yogurt for a protein boost. Prepare dip a day ahead and fill cups before serving.
