Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken strip: dip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Arrange in the basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dip!
Notes
Add a pinch of cayenne for spicy tenders.
For gluten-free, use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 3 minutes.
